Luxury Yacht Service – Clear terms for safety, comfort & transparency

1. General Information

This agreement defines the booking and service conditions between the customer and the yacht charter provider. By confirming a reservation, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Reservation & Payment

• Reservations are only confirmed after payment is received.
• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or online methods.
• Some tours may require a deposit in advance.
• Invoices are issued after completion of the service.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour may be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
• In case of bad weather, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

4. Invoicing Information

Invoices are prepared based on the information provided by the customer. The company is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete data. All invoices are issued in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

5. Responsibilities

• The captain and crew are responsible for onboard safety.
• Alcohol consumption may be restricted depending on the tour.
• The company is not responsible for personal belongings of guests.

6. Code of Conduct

• Dangerous or unsafe behavior on board is strictly prohibited.
• Guests must behave respectfully toward crew and other passengers.
• The captain has the right to terminate the tour for safety reasons.

7. Changes to the Tour

The company reserves the right to modify routes or programs due to weather conditions or operational requirements.
